It's been a few weeks since the Classic and the second leg of Cody's cross country bike trip. Does anyone have word of his progress?
Inquiring minds want to know!
-
I am not on Facebook personally but if you go to "people search Facebook" and type in ww trek you will be able to see his page and see what he's doing without being a member of Facebook. his buddy got hurt right before he got the classic and his parents drove his little brother down to finish the journey with him. I believe he's somewhere in Kansas
-
I got a text from him on the 15th. He picked up a copperhead on the road and was drying it on his bike
-
That guy, I need to get to know him. He sounds like a very interesting fellow.
-
He is Kevin, I got to meet him at the classic.
Good luck Cody! And be safe bud! Patrick
-
Thanks Paul. I'm not on Facebook either but I will look it up.
-
:o I've seen your Facebook page Pat!
-

-
Was cool meeting and hanging with Cody, I laughed out loud when I read he's drying a snakeskin on his bike haha
-
Joe, I started an account years ago but don't remember the password and don't really care to remember it. ;)
-
Believe his last fb post was from Eureka, KS. All seemed to be well.
-
Last post I saw, he was making a pit stop at a Wally World in Kansas. That was this morning.
-
He is doing well, and very tan! I told him he best have his chick force field on full power when he reaches the west coast. Pat you can check out a video or two n Youtube. I don't play Facebook, its a silly game.
-
Pearlie, I checked out his thread on Facebook.
-
Thanks guys for the update, I don't do FB or YT so thanks for keeping me connected. ;) :) :)

Thanks y'all, for the updates. Been wondering about him.

That is a good bike trip. Long way across Texas if that was his route. Wife and I rode cross country doing the northern tier. a little more trees and color.
-
Not sure if you know Jeb, Cody is on a bicycle. Even longer trip.

Hey fellas, still alive and heading west. I havent been able to keep up with the forum because of data on my phone and no time. After I left the Classic I road to Farmington VA and met up with my brother. We are now more than half way through Kansas. Just passes the 2000 mileark and rode 102 miles today. This is the link to the page if your interested. Thanks for all the concern, y'all are like family! :)

Keep on peddling Cody!

Cool trip Cody - be safe. Bob

Been checking the pictures on facebook. Looks like they are having a good time. Good luck on the rest of your trip Cody.

Matt, saw the photo from the classic. I noticed his bike was fully loaded. Chris and I also rode cross country on bicycles also, only we rode the northern tier. Washington to Maine. Glad he posted so I can follow his ride.
Had a chance to view his facebook and the photo's. Those guys are going to remember that ride for the rest of their lives. It is a great experience and many memories for them to share. I see they are using Adventure cycling maps which are the best cycling maps around. We found that the American people are some of the nicest and friendliest people in the world and a bit curious when you pull into a camp and unpack.

Just saw all your pics. Cody, looks like the trip is going well and that your enjoying the ride. Seems you have the perfect mode of transportation to find dead snakes along the roads. ;D Be safe brother, we'll miss you at Marshall this weekend.
