Title: Glass Dagger

with a pear handle. blade is 4 x 2 x 1/2 inches, the handle is 5.

Great job on that thing. The edge work looks like that thing is sharp.

My wife warned me, she said it looks like a cat that's sad to have been made into a knife.  >:( She's always an honest critic.  ;D

In fact, it was meant to be two birds, or rather, two upper halves of birds, each ones upper beak being the lower of the other, and the feathers of the wings interwoven along the axis of symmetry. You can see their tongues inside the beaks, if that helps any...
When my 6 year old recognized it spontantaneously, I thought it was clear enough. Obvioulsy it wasn't, the two eyes are leading the beholder to combine them to a face, and my wife was right...
But good to know you also liked it as an owl handle  :D
