Some nice looking heart wood in there...  :)
The sap wood and outer stuff looks  no good tho'

Almost looks like you could get two staves to back, and several sets of slats between them.

The picture is  deceiving this slab is 5" thick and 16-18" wide and 10 ft long.  It weighs about 300 lbs.
