I just completed my first bamboo backed bow. Well I still need to seal it, but this is it. The bow is 60" ,50#@28". This style of bow isn't really my style, but I wanted to practice my z splice and other techniques in preparation for my future magyar bow. And I also didn't like the sharp contrast from bamboo to osage so I applied the leather stain to the whole bow. I must say that it is a very sweet shooting bow.

I forgot to take a pic of the unstrung profile but it has retained about a half inch of reflex after 50 or so shots

I got it from Missouri trading company. With a amazon gift card that I received for Xmas.

The more I shoot it the better I like it. I have three more boo pieces to play with. Just trying to think of some unique ways to use it. Maybe going to make a new bow fishing bow with one.

Great job on that bow dude! I like what you did with the dye etc. The tiller looks good too. Cool bow.
