I recently spent time with Tower during hunting season. When practice shooting I witnessed an bamboo arrow bounce off about 5 rocks before coming to a rest. I have shot carbon, aluminum, PO, Pine, and Douglas fir, but bamboo is the strongest thing that anybody could ever shoot. IMO. He was gracious enough to gift me with some. Well here are the first 6.

Those look great! The cresting looks awesome...a lot better than more "normal" cresting, especially on boo.

Good place to get bamboo arrows is franks cane and rush supply Look under section 6 bamboo and ratton poles. They have them spine tested in 5lb increments from 30 to 85 lbs. you do have to cut your own nocks 52.50 for 25 shafts
