Title: Quick and easy string
Post by: jdwilltx on January 18, 2008, 02:12:36 pm
I got my first issue of PA in the mail yesterday.  I just read Marc St Louis' article on the quick and easy string.  This is going to be very helpful for me.  Does anyone have a picture of this type string on their bow?  Maybe Marc can chime in on this one.  I just want to make sure the way I picture it in my head is correct.

Pretty simple Jeremy. The loop goes on the top limb for easy bracing and the tail is tied onto the bottom nock using a timber hitch. You can adjust by twisting the string or by adjusting the timber hitch.

Here's a couple pictures
