Title: draw knife preference

Hello all. Im going to make a draw knife out of a file (or at least try) what are y'alls preferences on draw knifes? Curved or straight?  I only have a push knife and I've never used a draw knife so any input would be greatly appreciated.   Thanks

I made one a while back from a file kinda hard by nature. Best bet would be a antique draw knife from a flea market or something.

I learned on a straight blade, so that's all I use and all of mine are straight.
