How I have yearned for your colors and contrast! Your elusiveness has caused me no end of trouble, but finally I have you in my hands! Let my bandaids forever praise your beauty!

Admittedly, poetry is not my forte...

Oh my! Beautiful!
-
What a pretty rock! What a nice point!
-
That horse creek is shore purty! Very nice!
-
Beautiful stone & point.
-
One of the coolest looking points I've ever seen, the poetry is suspect but the point is without a doubt quite nice. :D
-
Cool point Scott. Like I said on Facebook, heat treating makes a big difference with that stuff.

Thanks guys, this is some of that rock that's been on my bucket list. I had spoken to a fellow knapper at an event earlier this month and mentioned before leaving that if he had any extra HC he could send it my way. He said sure and we traded business cards. So when I got home from work last night I had no idea who had sent me rock until I read the note inside. I'd call him a stand up guy to send a box of HC with a note explaining where to send the check (and at a great price!) I might just send him double payment and ask him to send another box.
Eddie he did mention that this was already treated, but I have no proof one way or the other.

That point is bad ass and good job on the thin deep notching!
-
That's a beaut. I wish more stones had such distinct banding.
-
Wow!
-
Nice work. I always like HCC, but that is the first I have seen that was banded. Who do you buy HCC from? Does he have any pieces that are 4" or more?

No offense, but I think I will keep that secret for now. >:D The way I hear it, the bigger stuff isn't as good anyway. But thanks for the compliments!

Awesome! love the color.
