Yew is beautiful wood.  Very nice bow.  Looks like a sweet shooter to me.

Really beautiful bow! It looks like you have a pretty thick layer of sapwood on this bow, do you notice any effect from that? I have some billets that have some spots near the end of the limb with about 60% sapwood, so I'm curious if there is any risk there.
