Title: Cool color point

This is a piece of flint that I picked up at our ranch in hill country of Texas.  It's not the best quality flint but has cool color.  Hope the pics arnt squished sending from iPad.

They are a little squished, but it is a beautiful point...cool lines

That one sweet point.   Heck if you have a spall or two not doing anything I wouldn't be opposed to working them a lil.  ;)

very nice color in that flint it looks a lot like a wood grain.

that is a sweet point. i've found some flint around here (Leander) with colors like that but it is chocked full of quartz crystal pockets.

Thanks everybody for your responces.  Tower of course you can.  we will get some when you come to my land to hunt. I think that it would work better if you used your kiln to heat Treat.  Sorry bout the pics.
