Title: Learned something new
Post by: Marc St Louis on August 17, 2014, 08:08:32 pm
I saw something this morning I had never seen before.  It was your common slug hanging from a tree branch by a thread of "silk" that it seemed to have secreted from its tail end.  I guess I learned something new today.  Here is a picture of this slug

Wow, a first for me. That's some strong slobber. We used to pour salt on them when we were kids and watch them shrivel up.

A slug was going down a street when a turtle came up behind him and robbed him. The police showed up and the slug said" am not sure what happened it happened so fast."

What did the slug say while riding on the turtles back??................Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

But on a more serious note. I hate walking thru spider webs in the woods but I have to say this could be worse.
