Title: Wish me luck!
Post by: JacksonCash on July 24, 2014, 08:49:54 pm
I am sitting in a hotel room, waiting to interview for a new job. I'm super excited, if this goes well I'll get to move home to Michigan.

Well, I got an offer. I know it is more money and more vacation time. Waiting for the wife to get home before I review the rest to figure out if I'm going to accept or not, but I think I will be!

Edit: Aww, looks like even if I take the job, I'm still going to miss the MI Longbow invitational...

I accepted the job. Just gotta figure out a starting date, likely early-mid September. Thanks for all the well-wishes!

Welcome "Back" home.  Next summer you will have your choice of 5 or 6 really good traditional archery shoots.

Good Luck! And I hope it works out well for you. I've moved so much in the last couple of years that I hate to even think about moving furniture. :)

I always moved to where the money was, three major moves during my career. I was able to take early retirement, my friends who chose to stay on home turf are still working.
