My Cuz found these items and a couple of points at his lake housein N. Texas. Any idea what thecomb looking piece is?

Don't know about the top one. But the bottom one looks like it might be a bearing block for a bow drill fire set  ;D

The top one looks just like my grinding stone...except mine has my blood on it. :o :o
