Title: Deer Stand or Beer Stand?

Will most likely get a roof.
What would you all, use it for?

Personally, I don't think I would be interested in a woman who could use that tree like a pole for dancing. Just a little too rough for me. :P Maybe in my younger days...... ::)

I would serve garden greens and tomato salad with grits with duck salad.
Rare deer, elk and bear burgers. I would limit the bikini dancing to the hillside
and clothing optional swimming to the pond.

Not to many options. A cable would have to be about two hundred
yards long and there is no branch for a rope swing to the water.
It's probabky about 50 foot to the water surface.
I would have to build a slip and slide. lol
It's not my property. Building the deck for a cool neighbor.
