Rich left me an NA Eastern Woodlands bow at the classic
I've been admiring his short bows for some time.... I managed to smuggle it back into the UK no prob' despite the fur and the pointy arrows. I was all prepared to say "It's just a tourist piece, couldn't hurt a fly with it" ;)
I'll let the pics do the talking. There is a short video of me shooting it on my blog from my fave' kneeling stance and higher resolution pics.

Cool bow, arrows and knife, Dell. Rich makes very nice NA bows, etc. I have a few he sent m a few years ago.

That's a sweet looking kit there Del. Rich sure looks like he makes a sweet bow indeed. Glad you got it home without a problem.

Hi Pat,
I loved it that some guy had a T shirt with "I'M NOT PAT B" on the back!
Wish I'd spent more time talking with you, but then I was pretty hoarse by the first evening! So many people, so much to do and not enough time.
Come Sunday evening I was running on empty and never finished that Yew bow.
I did bring over that Dimaryp bow that you wanted to see, dunno if you got to see it. I left it in Pappy's cabin as a momento.

I grant that it is a narrow point, ...but since a few rancourous events in a place called "Yorktown, VA", the deer on the main of this continent have not been by and large considered the King's Deer per se for some time now. ;D ;D ;D
Awesome bow by-the-by... Your look of savage intensity in that full draw pic is awesome!

Glad that you like it Dell. The whole idea was to give you some "colonial" memorabilia. The real reason is because only a cat would appreciate some "stealthy" "sneak up on ya" equipment 8)
Enjoy my friend, and I'll do my damned best to strike terror in the hearts of the local deer population.
