Title: [made a another post, one user can't make it]
Post by: huisme on March 26, 2014, 12:46:46 am: Specifics: I need three arrows ~29" long 25-30# spine, five arrows 40-45# spine, and some cut out (not refined, just basic shape) tip overlays. My equipment is either far away or tearing up my bows, need some pieces to keep me going ::)

Almost all of my staves have a knot and/or twists and turns in them; it's very rare that any of the locust on my land crows straight and knot-free.

I was wrong about the draw, it's twenty two inches, much longer and chrysals will show up. I apologize for going on an old estimate at first, but now we know.

I also have this little ~30#@22" bow if anyone wants to make an offer. It's got some tear out on the belly from where it was separated from the mother stave as a large shaving but shoots well enough and is plenty stable. I'll make a proper string for it before shipping, of course.

Well this is difficult!

Mohawk is looking at the bow thinking of Ms. Mohawk and has the shafts I need. If I'm clear in thinking he's got feathers for them I don't know how I could turn him down ;)

I didn't realize Y'all would like the shorty so much; I don't know how to ask for an appropriate number of what kind of overlays for a character stave 60~70" long. Any help there, guys?

I really liked the little bendy, for my fiancé, but we were planning to make one together when its nicer out anyways so if mrs. mohawk likes it let her have that sweet little sticker. you pick a good stave and I can get ya some nice overlay material. my locust staves have been sub par, id love to try out a good one!

Much longer and chrysals will show up.

If that's a deal breaker I still have plenty of good character staves.
