Found out yesterday that a good friend of mine got a job on the other side of the country. I want to make him something as a gift to take with him, as he's been a close friend and has helped me keep my cars in a running state. I don't have a lot of time to build something complicated, but I want to make him something. I'm thinking some kind of box, or a knicknack. I know he wouldn't get much use out of a bow (don't have time for that anyway). Just something nice looking that will say "Thank You". Anyone have any ideas?

A knife or one of those tool boxes like JW made for the Christmas exchange would be nice. How about a primitive arrow for him to hang above his new front door? The arrow might even spark the primitive interest when he gets some down time in the future. ;) Good Luck and keep us up to date on what you choose. Always blows when a good friend has to leave the area. dpgratz
