Title: Beaver Pics.

Caught these 2 on the farm & the muskrat got in a beaver set.
This one was 53 pounds.

This one was 32 pounds.

The daughter said she wanted another pet I said here I don't have to worry about telling you to feed & water this one.

I have never caught one that big. I bet that was a sight to walk up on. Nice!

That thing is huge!  You could make probably make 1000 string silencers.

Man I saw beaver pics in the title and got all excited, >:D what a letdown !

In all seriousness though, those are huge man can believe the size of those things nice !

I just got some 280 traps in yesterday to try for beaver.  I think I would need a 330 for any that big!! Nice :)

That is pretty big.

I saw one trying to work his way onto some ice 40 years ago, he couldn't do it, that had a head as big as a Terriers.  Muskrat are very tasty animals.

Very nice.  I chopped a bunch of ice again this last weekend and am looking forward to checking traps in a couple more days.  A lot of ice here but the beaver are under it!!

I myself, have never mounted a beaver that large.

Dan I caught one good many years ago that weighted 76 pounds that was when the Game Warden had to tag them when you caught them he said that was the biggest beaver he ever tagged wish I would have kept him. going to send the big one to get tanned & put him in a wooden hoop to hang on the wall.
