Paul and I bought between 3000-6000 arrows at an auction. Some were spined but most are not. It is a bigger job than I first thought but will be well worth it when done.
Our group is dedicated to passing on the tradition of archery to people in this area and will use this cache to provide free arrows to people who build bow with us. We had a cashe of wood and now we are set on arrows.

That is sweet John! Can never have too many arrows. At least that's what I tell my wife. ;) dp

I usually do this at least twice a year. I know how it is but definitely worth it!!!!

Nice haul,what kind of wood ? I enjoy doing it when I have time,just set my stuff up by the fire and go at it. :) Never done that many before but have done several hundred at a time. :)

Well I done really know? but not POC going to have GUNDOC take a look at them but some kinda hardwood that this old primitive archer was using. My wife knew him well before he passed away.

Really nice bunch of shafts..... would be interesting to know the wood type.

Yes wood type and diamater..? Nice load of arrows, you may have to sell some off...?
