D-Fir arrows, 11/32"  29" target points. I have to do my fletching better.. ???  These arrows are almost dead arse straight,  >:D   They were made from square stock.

Good on ya for making your own, that's what it's all about. How do they fly?

Thanks, like I said my fletching work needs improvement, have to make a proper fletch tool so they are put on either straight or properly spiraled.

Those look pretty good.  Do they shoot well?  How long are the feathers?

The shoot ok, all I know is that my second shot with a new bow at 12 yards got me bulls eye.  125 grain target point tips. 5" store bought fletching.

Did you seal those shafts yet? I'm impressed that you made them from square stock. Your fletching will get better as you go. Now you just need to put white paint under those shiny nocks to make them show up brighter or better yet cut self nocks and reinforce them with sinew. You can still paint them your favorite color florescent if you need it for visibility. Just remember that a 29" bop arrow with glue on nocks is 28 1/2" before adding the nock and with self nocks the shaft needs to be
29 1/2" before cutting in the nock.

Sealed with 2 coats of clear.  i have a jig that I made for turning the sqaure stock into round shafts. Easy peasy......i have cut self nocks and reinforced them, but had a hard time on the smaller 11/32 shafts so I used plastic nocks.

Here is one pic with a few self nocked.  Made a couple flu-flu's as well with feathers.
