kow, im not sure if i like the idea about splitting the shaft to insert the feather tho...its hanging on a rack downstairs.
that obsidian just shatters ifn you dont grind it!
pat, thanks also, i need to work on my points more!
the weather is just startin to get cold.
its just above freezing day and night. so the deer wil start to get moving good now.
i have a little basalt that a friend traded for and some obsidian flakes to work.
someday id like to get a big piece to work to make my own flakes from and possibly a blade or two.
