Title: New Set of Arrows
Post by: CORIUS on September 20, 2013, 04:24:51 pm
I made these arrows for a buddy of mine so he can go hunting this year. Died turkey feather fletching, artificial sinew and super glue bindings. The broad head is made from 16 gauge sheet metal and blunt tip is made from 7.62 shells. Shafts are made from oak. Thanks for looking.

Looks like they should get the job done.

Well done CORIOUS. He should like those. After the arrow exchange I got all pumped up and started making a dz for myself. I've got so many old arrows laying and hanging around that I forgot how relaxing it was to make a new set.

Nice new set Corius.  The recipient would be a fool not to enjoy those.  I too have been making some new arrows thanks to the HD bamboo arrow post.   :)

Thanks for all the kind words. Each set of arrows i make improves greatly from the last. Just like bows.
