Right around 30lbs at full draw. 64" ntn, maple board with hickory backing. Posted a video of the first shots a few weeks ago, finally took it out for the first time after applying the finish.

nice tiller!
-
Great job! You nailed that one.
-
Thanks guys. I owe it all to my lovely wife as inspiration. Now we each have home made bows.
-
Nice even tiller! Well done! Josh
-
Nice job on that one. Did they film the movie "Field of Dreams" in your back yard?
-
Ha! they did not. I hadn't put the baseball/cornfield thing together before!
-
As they say, "that's money" errr uhhh in your case that would be cash. Nice bow.
-
Thanks Bry. I laughed at your pun, but my wife rolled her eyes. She's no fun.
-
Hey nice now you can change the quote or whatever to " two down" instead lol
-
Thanks for pointing that out, all better!

Well all I have to say is that my first bow broke and I just started my second. You finished yours and I will say again that's its a very nice looking bow. And only after 14 post to date. Way to get after it.

I got pretty lucky with my first bow, and followed along with Sam Harper's build along. Didn't discover this site till I was well into it. Otherwise I would have been asking a lot more questions. Between PA, reddit's /r/bowyer, and the TBB I had a lot of good info to make the two. I love this stuff, just wish I had some better work spaces. Now I just need to try to make one that doesn't start out as a board!
