Title: made it back to MO
Post by: Mike_H on July 31, 2013, 07:35:55 pm
After 36 hours on the road, we rolled in at 6 pm central last night.  Thought I'd update everyone.

Glad you made it there safe and sound.  That's a long time on the road.  I know the feeling. When I drive to Montana it takes me four twelve hour days.  Takes me a day or two to recuperate.  Don't do long drives like I used to.  OK, now that you are there, start looking for rock. ;)

Welcome back!  Whats not to look forward to about moving back to MO?  We have freezing winters and scorching summers, but the spring and the fall are unbelieveable. And the deer and turkey hunting is pretty good too!  :)

Hot summers I'll give ya, but I lived in Maine for the past 11 years, MO doesn't have anything on ME winters.
