Hi guys its been awhile, I wanted to share what I've been up to lately. I've been learning new Abo techniques like bipolaring hard rock such as quartzite and argillite..we have a group of guys on PP that all use wood billets to spall and Knapp out blades and points...so needless to say I've converted back to almost 100% Abo methods.. I've even started grinding axes and celts..I have to say using wood is a new addiction and can't believe how good it flakes rock especially hard rock like quartzite.. OK here's some of my recent work...

I also want to show u some argillite that I knapped out a hawk blade using dogwood billet then on a whim decided to try grinding for the first time..here's what I got in only half an hours worth of grinding...

Man rock! ;D
Real nice work Russ! Hats off to you, I've tried hammerstones and milky quartz with the rock winning.
