More info and much better pics my friend. I can see about 10" of a board with a crack, hard to answer your question.

One thing that might have helped would have been to round the edges more. Also sanding them very smooth. Pearl is right, though. Better pics would help.

I leave my edges sharp until close to full draw. That way if there is anything dodgy going on with the edges, anything that wants to lift will lift early on.
Better pictures are needed!
