Title: Arrow shafts made from a South Florida wood?
Post by: Pyka on July 11, 2013, 12:26:28 pm
I'm currently making a bow from Sea Grape which grows in South FL.  Can anyone recommend a wood type that grows in S. FL that would be good for arrows?

Palm Beach County.  I'm a little inland, about 25 minutes from the ocean but I don't mind driving out if there are some good seaside wood types there.

Thanks for the replies everyone.
