I recently got the chance to do this for the first time, I have no idea what my results mean. Arrow 400grains (May need to check that) with three inch feathers, bow is 48#@27", I was getting 148 yards with the wind( not directly behind probably 25° off) and 138 into it. Hopefully that's pretty good.

That's not that bad at all I think it just depends on the bow tho I notice that most of the guys shooting the big heavy warbows seems to shoot sometimes well over 200 yards me I've only shot for distance once and got around 140 - 160 yards With my honey locust selfbow alittle over a year ago I think some of my newest bow could shoot further haven't shot any for distance yet

It's decent but not great. There's a lot of factors that can affect the distance you can get, angle of departure, loose, straight fletch or helical and more. Your shooting about 8 or 9 GPP arrows so you should be able to get 170 ~ 180 yards with everything in tune, even more with a bow that is very efficient.
