Title: bamboo question.

How dry is "too dry" for bamboo to be good backing, just curious.   O:)

About 8 % - 10 % is where you want to be.

sure - - just like wood can/ leave in your bathroom for a couple of days unless you got an indoor pool or sauna.  :-)

If it has drying checks... it's too dry. That's the problem with bamboo where I live... it's just too dry. I don't use bamboo anymore as a result.
