I made these two this afternoon and each had some unique character. I think one is perds and the other is rootbeer. The perds was untreated and worked well but for the life of me I couldn't get that calcified junk off so I left it. Both will end up being on hunting arrows #4 and #5.

Nice. I like the "real" looking points with little imperfections. Seems more natural that way.

Very nice hunting points! I really like that Texas rock, especially after heat treat, super sharp & tough!

Its good to leave some cortex in once in awhile..gives character !!!
