Title: Nascar fans anyone recognize this?

Just picked it up at a yard sale for 10 cents.  I know it's a soap dish, but that is about all I know.

Ok. Thanks guys. Shows I know absolutly NOTHING about racing. I'm curious if its worth anything.. Kind of neat. It's made in Italy.
