Title: Turkey Sinew????

hey guys,
its spring turkey season here in kansas and i was wondering if turkey sinew is a viable option when it comes to using the sinew for backing a bow.

Any sinew is good, but wild animals seem to have better strech and its hard to get workable lengths, so people usually just go for deer or bigger.
