Bummer deal.  I once bent my tailgate on a big log.  Our trucks do take a beating in this passion of ours!

I was careless, leaned a big log against the side, it slid down and hit the window.

I just spent the day doing all the work that comes with an osage haul. I didnt take anymore pictures, but one log has the biggest rings I have ever found around here. I did tell the guy that put me on this that the harder the tree makes you work the better the bow. I hope that is the case here.

I know what it's like to have the tree win. I still got a gimpy hand from a giant Osage log. I got my revenge though last weekend. It is milled into boards and split into staves now!!

When you get that window fixed, you can write a little message on it that says, "THIS WAS MY OSAGE BOW'S FIRST KILL".    ;D
