What, if any, are the laws pertaining to rattler hunting in these states?

I'm not sure of Washington, but awhile back I called the local Salem wildlife office and was told by a lady who only identified her self as Laura that as far as she could tell as long as you weren't selling or trading them in anyway you only needed a hunting licenses for personnel take, as they fall under uncontrolled game regulations.

Ohh yeah, when are we going? I love a good snake hunt. Heppner and Fields are my favorite spots

No idea, first id have to get my hunting licence. I may actually go with you because ive never gone before, so id love to learn properly, id be going to get them skins for bows and i hear that snake tastes good with butter and flour ;D

Only ever tried it fried over a campfire, wasn't to bad. I'm always up for a good snake hunt, so let me know if your free I'm sure we could work something out

Don't think I would want to hunt snakes. They freak me out. I'm just glad I live where I live. No venomous snakes, no scorpions, no big spiders. I'll take old man winter over those creepy crawlies anyday.
