Come early and stay late is my idea. :)

Well done, Jimmy. Amen Jon BDan

Hey, guys. I am going to go ahead and line up my motel room for the classic. I checked the motels in the area and read the reviews. I thought maybe one of you guys from the area cold tell me which motel is newer or in really good shape and dirt cheap ::) . Anyway the best for the money.
-
Sad to say the funds are not in my favor this year :'( i will not make the classic
-

Kenny;
For the first couple of years the wife and I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express. Nice and clean and a pretty good free breakfast. It's right by the interstate and only took 15 minutes to Exit 19.
-
Dirt cheap and nice would be a hard combination to achieve. Stayed at the Holiday Inn, very nice, not cheap, factor in the free breakfast and the price looks better. Stayed at a couple of the cheaper ones, older, not so clean, a few issues with stuff that didn't work, some had a sweet roll and a cup of coffee for breakfast but that was about all.
Seems like there is a Hampton Inn as well, they are always top notch but much more expensive than the Holiday Inn.

Tell ya what Bulldog. You can stay in the back of my truck under the topper....FREE buddy. Just slide the stove and staves over and jump in! The crank out winders work good.
-

Thanks, yall. I may take you up on that Pearly. Not sure if the wife is coming or not. If she does, it sounds like the Holiday Inn is the way to go. If she doesn't, I might bring the camping stuff. I'll let you know.
-
Looks like I'm staying at the Holiday Inn this year instead of pulling my trailer.
-
Eddie: What do you need for a trade for some coral? Joe
-
Joe;
I don't have much. What I have I owe Will. Let me see what I can round up between now and the Classic. I'll bring you and Scott what I can.
-
Looks like I may be staying there too, Eddie. I just had a friend tell me he may want to tag along if the wife doesn't go.

FYI- I have been looking for the Holiday Inn Express in Clarksville with no luck. My wife has been laughing at me. She said "Are you sure they want you to come?" , insinuating you all gave me a fictitious hotel to stay at. Anyway, in case you all didn't know, the Holiday Inn Express in Clarksville sold out to Comfort Inn in December. Their number is 931-358-5800.
