Title: My new hunting arrows. For turkey?
Post by: tgtmatt on April 02, 2013, 01:06:03 am
I just made these 2 arrows for turkey hunting this April. The points are bone, poplar shafts.

One of the points are pretty big but I think it'll still work. Are there really any "set" size for turkey?

You should check that you meet the minimum broadhead width for your area if one exists. Where I live, I believe the law is 20mm for any hunting broadhead.

^^
Check your laws on minimum size.

If it bleeds fast, it dies.

edit, long day at work
