Title: tip flipping?

Understanding there is lots of room 4 error when heat treating and adding reflex recurves ecti walk the delicate beam on my trade bow build ,gonna give her all I got! Ok Question ,@ what stage do yOu fLip the tips on amolly ?( Bh) (mm)?
