I was asking some advice a while ago about eld style and european black cherry (Prunus padus)
Well i got some good advice and then didnt follow all of them ::).
The back was so good looking that i didnt have the heart to cover it with a backing, luckily it worked out pretty good.
So here it is 34#@28 67"ntn and weigh in at 316 grams ,padouk overlays red leather handle and caymanskin strikeplate.

Sweet tiller, bet she'll love it.
I like the cayman skin, don't get many of them round here.

Nice looking bow. Your niece should be a proud owner.

Thanks for the nice words all :)
She is 16 and pretty tall, she pulls around 26" so around 30# for her,its a little lower than i hoped, but atleast she wont be "overbowed"
And if its too wimpy i could always pike it a little.
