What is the consensus to useing birch for shafting material.

Good to see you meant birch. Thot there might of been a t missing and that would be just wrong. lol

Made several hundred arrows for birch.....no complaints at all. In most cases for bows up to mid 50# 5/16" dia. was real good, and the wood seemed to be real consistant.
