Title: My First Knife-V 42 reproduction

Hey guys,

                      I recently made this knife for a friend of mine who is a WWll reenactor.  It is a reproduction of a V 42 combat knife made by case at the beginning of WWll. It is made from a leaf spring and the handle is walnut. Gun blue patina on the metal. Thanks for looking.

Thanks Cracker. I told the guy I made it for that this will be my last. It was a pain in the ... to make!

Thanks all for the comments. Steve, if I became president, I would be too busy to be in the shop building stuff!LOL!! Just wait till all us homeschoolers get to be about 40, then you will start seeing change!!!

Cody, you are truly an artist. Beautifully knife. Now you friend needs my original Col. Fairbains knife fighting and hand to hand combat handbook from WW2. :D
