Title: My new skinner
Post by: mcginnis6010 on October 24, 2012, 06:06:33 pm
Ok now I don't have much experience with making knives but I made this skinner that was meant to be a gift for my dad but he's had to give up hunting bc ofhis neck so now I guess its mine. I used cocobola for the handle that was given to me by the very generous Madcrow. The knife is 7 in. In total length with the blade at 3 1/2 in. and handle at 3 1/2in. Well tell me what you think and any advice you may have. Oh and on the first inch on the reverse side of the blade I put a sharp edge as well.
