Hey, this might not be in the right area so I apologise in advance.
Native Americans and in particular Sioux or Cheyenne, would have usually carried there quiver where? Does anybody know whether Back, leg or other???
How does everyone here prefer there quiver carrying and why?
Thanks,
-
my quiver is on my leg.

I use a hip quiver in the woods most of the time and a back quiver in open country.

I have a hip quiver, and a bow quiver. I don't like either for crawling around in the bushes. :-\ :-\ :-\ Justin

Immortal,
I am assumeing you are familiar, with the Sioux/Cheyenne style quiver.
They were used in all the Above posistions, depending on when they were used. While chaseing game, from Horseback, they were used across the lap, with the strap used as a belt, also.

This is one of the Qualities of this style quiver. They are very versatile.
