Title: Pebble bows
Post by: basil_brush on September 23, 2007, 01:37:23 pm
I read this page at: http://www.atarn.org/letters/ltr_oct00.htm

Anyone know anything about these pebble launching bows? How would you hold it and fire it without smashing your bow hand to pieces? I'm very curious about this, never thought of using a bow to fire anything other than arrows. I guess it's just an unusual catapult really.

Here's a medieval one with a hole in the handle for the stone to pass through! i envisage plenty of bruised knuckles  ;D.
