Title: Fishing knife

I have a 3.3" stainless japanese floating fish knife, built into a wooden sheath & handle. The wood is in a bit of rough shape, but can be cleaned up re-stained in no time. Seems to be old from what I've seen. It's a useful knife for fishing, all sharpened up, and it won't sink if you drip it in the water.

I'm looking for wax that works well on dacron, or chert and sinew. Feel free to offer anything else, and shoot me a PM if interested.

Had a uncle who brought one over from Japan in the late 1940s.  Pretty cool!

worth a try maybe he will let me see it he is only about 45 min east from me...
