I had a pretty productive couple of weeks. Most are hornstone from a big chunck I got w/ Tracy awhile back. Three points and three biface. Real proud of the big one. The POM looking points, the big is coral, next is a ceramic plate and the small redish one is from a flake a friend gave me that he found. and the blade is a ceramic plate my youngest found in the creek. I'm going to haft it and give it to him...after I hopfully use it on a deer this fall. Thanks for lookin', dpgratz

There ya go! Looks like you're findin a groove. Nice job on that blade. Marry that to a piece a bone and go cut somethin with it. Your first pic didnt give very good perspective until you put em in your hand, then I could see how big they are. Good work!

I would definitely do that if I could get a truck load of larger pieces. Seems to be a few others that hit the same spots and the pickins are getting slim, especially without the gully washers to unearth new stone.

Thanks Frank & Eddie. Not as busy this weekend, I did get the plate blade hafted and wil finish the handle tonight. I'll post pics when done. I also made a couple more biface. I've been really enjoying the spalling and hammerstone work lately!! Thanks for looking, dpg
