Title: Help finding 3e 11 rubber boot

Anyone know where to find a wide rubber boot?

I work in a tire making facility and have access to scrap rubber sheets. I
cut out a pair of lasts from wood and stretched thick rubber to shape and
stapled it down. It took a while but I finally managed to form the uppers
and glued the whole mess with barge cement. Came out fine, a nice pair
of size 13 triple E's.

I then put a trolling motor on one and a 7 1/2 Evinrude on the other. Max
capacity is just two people though so be careful.
