On another forum a discussion of what deer see and UV light has been long going. I got me a UV light to check my clothing and found a few items do show a UV blue, but most did not. I happened to swing the light across my arrows, which are fletched with natural turkey and imitation barred feathers. I was surprised that any feather would show a UV bright appearance, but the imitation barred are very bright. The natural turkey are invisible and are beside the imitation. I also included a photo that shows the plastic nocks and plastic vanes showing UV brightness.
I would suspect several arrows with UV bright feathers would be visible in low light.
Just putting it out here for you to consider. Make your own choices.

Most laundry detergent has UV brighteners in it too. My hunting clothes get washed with Arm and Hammer Washing Soda and cold water.
