The mahogany is a point I have been working on and just kept setting it aside, finally finished it today. The hornstone is from the recent rock run. It is a point that I have taken from a chunk to a point. Sometimes it seems like one step forward and two steps back :'( I have beat up a lot of rock to get that one point. My husband will hand me a perfectly good piece and I screw it up really well ;) In fact a joke in our pit is that we need to do hinge of the month cause I have some beauties :-\ All in all I think I am getting better. I have been told I am just impatient  Let me know what ya think.....what am I doing right and where can I do better :P

Keep it up. That's the only advice I can give. There nice points & you are progressing very well. Tower

Yep ! Progress is apparent. Whack rock and whack more rock. It's the only way. That hornstone is tough stuff. ' Frank
