Well you have seen my first and second try so here is the third. I had a rough time on this one so i tried fluting from the tip and got lucky on both sides. This is my first try at a cumberland so they should get better.

The first and third are done on the jig mullet thanks all. I am learning a lot from the jig.

Great looking flutes on that Cumberland. That's a hard one to reproduce & looks lik you nailed it.

I love those fluted types. Sat with Jesse in the rain and a classic couple years ago. He walked through making one of those with his jig - turned out pretty good. Now i need to build one of those jigs and get busy.. can't get much better than that one..

I would love to see a pic of your jig, because I know there is no way I could do that without one. Lol. Very nice points.
