I recently made some new arrows using 145 grain field points as that's what I had available.
They seem to fly pretty darned good so started looking for some broadheads of the same weight.
I thought surely I'd find Zwickeys or other decent broadheads in that weight but haven't yet.
anyone know of a good quality glue-on broadhead in that weight ??

if you can't get the ones you want in the weight you want you could try the http://www.3riversarchery.com/product.asp?i=4945X (http://www.3riversarchery.com/product.asp?i=4945X) woody weights. i have not tried these so i don't know how well they work or how well they stick though. also i think 3rivers has 145 grain broadheads, if you have there catalog they have a chart of broadhead weights and types.

Sonny,
Eclipse makes a fixed 2 blade in 145grn, built similiar to a Zwickey

ZWICKEY make a 150 after a few sharpings you'll be close. If you have to have 145 grain, take a grinder and take a little out the back of the ferale. If your shooting a self bow 5 gains diffently won't make a difference. I shot ZWICKEYS for almost 20 years. Killed umteen doe's and bucks. I can't say anything wrong with them.

Stos makes a 145g broadhead, sold by Three Rivers and Kustom King. I found a six pack of them on Ebay last year and snatched em up. They can be hard to find in stock, I think they are a small shop and don't produce the quantity that Zwickey and Magnus do. I haven't shot anything with them yet but I plan on hunting with them this year.
